"Our family's first visit to Summerwood was scheduled at 2 p.m. on Sunday, of Thanksgiving weekend; although we arrived 2.5 hours late, we were greeted graciously and generously. After a two hour visit that included a lovely dinner (unexpected), we visited three apartments. By the end of the evening, we decided to return the next day to make a deposit on one of the apartments (clean, modern, spacious – high ceilinged). The Summerwood staff (everyone I have met in the last 2 years) caters to their clients. I have seen staff changes, written evaluations, family email communications- essentially every effort is made to assess and improve services provided.
